  • Former summer residence of the Princes of Monaco, it houses a beautiful collection of paintings from the 19th century to the present day, as well as exhibitions of contemporary artists and contemporary sculptures in the garden.

  • In 1717, Antoine I Grimaldi, Prince of Monaco, had a summer residence built in the Carnolès district. Attributed to the architects Robert de Cotte and Jacques Gabriel, the palace became a private residence in the 19th century.
At the request of its owner, Dr Edward Philips Allis, Tersling refurbished it in 1896. Acquired by the Alpes-Maritimes department in 1961, it has housed the town's Fine Arts Museum since 1977.
