By a horizontal crossing in the undergrowth, one reaches the mount Bonsapée (1343m, b221).
Go on the southern slope and begin the descent towards Granile. Soon cross the penstock which plunges into St-Dalmas-de-Tende and through planks (terraces), easily reach Granile (b. 220).

Variation: At marker 238, turn left, direction St Dalmas de Tende to descend to the RD 91 taken to arrive at Lac des Mesces. Once there, you can go down to St-Dalmas de Tende or go up in 40 minutes to Lac des Mesces.

Info tourism: The barns of Gauron were the summer habitats of the Granilais, as long as their subsistence depended on the breeding of sheep and goats.
