Canyoning is a fun and varied sporting activity that consists of moving in the bed of a river. The obstacles are different depending on the canyon: slides, abseiling, jumps, swimming, which offers countless sensations.

This practice is open to all, provided you can swim, as we take care to adapt the course to your level and your desires.

The Audin stream is an ideal canyon to practice the activity in family. From 8 years old, this canyon is composed of jumps, slides and swimming. The progression is easy, the setting is magnificent. This descent will please the youngest as well as the oldest. It is also called the Fanghetto canyon because the meeting point is in Italy close to the border with France. We will leave the car park with the equipment on our backs to cross back into France and walk up the Audin valley to the start of the descent. Once ready, your guide will give you the safety information and we'll set off for a two hour descent mixing jumps and adjustable slides. At the finish line, we'll take a 20 minute walk back to the car park.

In a tropical setting, with clear turquoise water, the Barbaira canyon will seduce you with its beauty. Moreover, the proximity of the sea influences the temperature of the water which is very pleasant. An ideal introduction to canyoning, the Rio Barbaira is a day trip. The jumps of different heights allow a gentle discovery of canyoning, 2 to 3 small abseils for initiation. With friends or family, everyone can enjoy this canyon in their own way.
After a 45 minute approach walk, at the edge of a beautiful basin, we will get equipped. Your guide will give you the safety information and the descent will start. In the middle of the canyon we will take a break for a bite to eat.

Lace-up sport shoes, bathing suit, picnic lunch, water and change of clothes
