Rémy

the eyes of the Roya Valley

Rémy knows all the secrets of Mother Nature. A highly sensitive film-maker and wildlife photographer who has witnessed the extreme diversity and infinite beauty of the Mercantour’s fauna, he sublimates our territory for all to see. Lurking under his mini camouflage tent, he wanders the valleys where he grew up, capturing precious moments: the croak of a red frog, the antics of a young chamois, the wink of a tawny owl. His best idea? A two-year journey of initiation with her very young daughter in the footsteps of the gray wolf. A deeply moving, intimate adventure.

Luisa

virtuoso of committed cuisine in Menton 🍋

Have you ever tried Menton’s lemon ravioli? If you haven’t, run to Pasta Piemonte. In her workshop, Luisa shows you how she sublimates our local treasure, the IGP Menton lemon. A native of Menton, originally from Turin, this Côte d’Azur lover favors organic, local products and short circuits. Working closely with citrus growers, she contributes every day to the preservation of our precious territory. Energy savings, anti-waste, training young apprentices… she’s more than committed to local life. Forza Luisa!

Emilie

Tende’s gifted fairy godmother

The “Capelin Fairy” lives up to her name. Emilie, milliner-feeder, has the fingers of a fairy. In her workshop in the heart of Tende, it’s her talent that surprises. Hats, slippers, stoles… with the wool of Brigasque sheep, the fairy seems to know how to make everything. But her greatest power lies in valorizing a local resource and ancestral know-how. Emilie works hand in hand with the breeders, who are delighted to be able to give a second life to their wool. Less waste, more sharing! And what if, by looking into the cradle of the region, the Capelin Fairy had offered it a more sustainable future?

Elisabetta

storyteller of a renaissance in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin

Do you love architecture? Then come and meet Elisabetta. Guardian of the Cap Moderne site, Elisabetta tells the story of these architectural gems, including Eileen Gray’s listed villa and Le Cabanon, Le Corbusier‘s most intimate work. To listen to Elisabetta is to share the intimacy of these star architects of the 20th century. And as she tells her story, the land speaks and remembers: Gray’s genius, Le Corbusier’s nerve, his Swiss billionaire friend, the murdered psychoanalyst… Open your eyes and ears, Elisabetta brings these long-forgotten places back to life.
