The old village of Roquebrune is transformed into a veritable open-air theater for the launch of the Festival les Baroquiales with an original baroque adventure: "Mission Antoine et Cléopâtre", an original creation combining theater, music and heritage.
Created especially for the Festival, this baroque adventure is brought to life by Nice-based company La Semeuse and ensemble La Chambre. Together, they take you on "Mission Antony and Cleopatra: a baroque investigation to the sound of Shakespeare and Purcell".

This tour-show, conceived as a breathless investigation, takes you through the alleys and up to the castle of the medieval village, to the rhythm of Shakespeare's words and Purcell's spellbinding arias. Between Dido & Aeneas, King...
