This film, presented by Week-ends Solidaires and based on an original idea by Gil Marsalla, was written and directed by Loïc Blache, a journalist with France 3 Côte d'Azur.

On October 2, 2020, storm Alex slammed into the Vésubie, Tinée and Roya valleys, leaving behind a devastated landscape and shattered lives. But in the midst of the chaos, a light has dawned: the light of solidarity. "Tempête solidaire" is a poignant documentary film that tells the story of the volunteers who, from the very first hours, answered the call of the heart. Without respite, they cleared away, rebuilt and comforted. This film is their tribute.
