    - The trail, quite steep at the beginning, near 2 villas, rises steadily on the ridge line (b57). After about 45 minutes of ascent, you will leave the junction to the "Arimonde" and Vievola on your left, and turn right until you reach a wide passable runway, where you will see on your right the paragliding take-off platform with its windsock. Below, a breathtaking view of the village!
    - You then slowly begin the descent by staying on this track. After about 20 minutes of walking, you arrive at a crossroads (1st bend), take the track that goes down to the right. Continue to the 2nd bend. There you have 2 possibilities:

    - For the 2-hour route: take the (narrower) track marked in yellow (b 59) to your right which will bring you back almost to your starting point, at the junction with the entrance to the campsite (b58), on the road to the Pia Valley.
    - NB: Possibility of cutting the laces of this path by a path marked in yellow.

    - OR possibility of extending the course (3 hours in total): continue on the wide track. After about 40 minutes, you arrive at the crossroads with the Pia Valley road. Turn right on the tarmac road and return to the village by the road along the river.
