This temple-like chapel, consecrated in 1675, is dedicated to Mercy and the Beheading of St. John the Baptist, and is also a shepherds' chapel. Its baroque bell tower with glazed tiles, recently renovated, is a must-see.

In the choir, a Renaissance-era recumbent statue is on display. Articulated (it can lie down or be placed on a cross) and in a remarkable state of preservation, it only leaves the chapel during the traditional Good Friday procession.
On the benches, you can see the masses, lights and banners used during the processions.
Upstairs, a listed Valoncini organ is installed on the choir balcony. Dating from the 19th century and in perfect working order, it can be heard during the "La Route Royale...
