




Breilloises used it to bake bread, "crescentes", tians and pies, paying the commune a fee in kind or in cash. It remained in operation until the early 20th century.

The façade overlooks rue Rostagni, place Cellier. This oven was granted to the Breil community by Otto II of Ventimiglia at the end of the 12th century.
