The Roya and Bévéra valleys offer a wide variety of outdoor sports activities. It is a fabulous and outstanding yet challenging area for white-water sports! The landscape is both beautiful and varied, with a large number of spectacular canyons to suit all levels of ability. Canyoning, white-water rafting, river-boarding, kayaking and canoe-rafting are all on offer in the crystal-clear waters of the Roya.

After a few minutes’ walk along the Roya River, you will reach beautiful natural pools with crystal-clear refreshing waters to enjoy!

Storm Alex:

Safe waterways

As a result of Storm Alex (on 2 October, 2020), the areas for white-water activities in the Roya Valley have been impacted to varying degrees. Some have been destroyed, some altered and others have remained entirely untouched!
Teams of professionals and volunteers have carried out clean-up operations to ensure that the waterways are safe.
