On October 27 and 28, the Palais de l’Europe will host the 3rd edition of the Multi-Category World Pizza Trophy! The program includes technical competitions, demonstrations, and culinary performances to showcase the expertise of pizza chefs!
Organized by Chef Ziolo, Laurent Raimondo, and his association, Équipe de France de Pizzaïolo, this event will bring together professionals from around the world for two days of competition across 12 categories.
