The wonderful garden of the Palais Carnolès, classified among the remarkable gardens of France, surrounds the former summer residence of the Princes of Monaco and houses the most important collection of citrus fruits in Europe with 137 varieties of citrus in a single site.
The walker also discovers, in the course of his visit, a collection of contemporary sculptures surrounded by the 90 or so varieties existing in the garden: some are very rare, such as the Bigaradier bizzaria (the National Institute of Research in Agronomy of Corsica has taken grafts from it).Classified Remarkable Garden.
