Description

The Roger Bennati History and Memory Center welcomes you—with free admission—on Saturday, September 19, from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for the exhibition “Beausoleil’s Protected Heritage” as part of the 2026 European Heritage Days.
Discover the scholarly societies and a prince who saved the Ligurian oppidum at Mont des Mules, an architect who chose to save the Riviera Palace rather than see it demolished, and a family fighting to preserve and showcase their heritage—the Villa Juturne, which was just listed in February 2018. Discover the renovations and the work of local artisans, and round out your tour at the Domaine Charlot, which, although not designated a Historic Monument, is a heritage site that has been reinvented as a “third place.” Guided tours of the exhibition and Villa Juturne are offered at 10:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.; registration is required.
