Welcoming the public
The festival opens its doors at 12pm. An opportunity to discover the stands, reception areas and public trails.
Nature afternoon, conferences and workshops
2pm: Observation of alpine fauna with the Parc National du Mercantour - supervised nature outing, ideal for those curious about biodiversity - (book in advance)
2pm: Interview: Encountering the Roya - Portraits of emblematic people from the valley
15:30: Breathing guided by Sébastien Uscher, for a wellness break.
3:30 pm: Interview: Meeting the Roya
4 p.m.: Conference - Communication and plant sensibility led by Alain Creton
5 p.m.: Cold water immersion by Sébastien Uscher*.
6:00 pm: Yoga with Alexandra Videloup, balance and anchoring session
6pm: Conference - "Le monde s'emballe : comment ne pas suivre la spirale?" by 2030 Glorieuses, shedding light on environmental and societal challenges.
