Bastien travels the markets of the Roya Valley to introduce you to his local specialities, made with products from local producers.

At the markets in Tende (Wednesday mornings), La Brigue (Sunday mornings), Breil (Tuesday mornings) and Saorge on the first Saturday morning of the month, you can sample socca, pissaladière, tourte, pizza and pan bagnat in summer. His mobile truck invites you to sample the specialities that are the pride of our region, but not only! Bastien is on hand for events such as the Festival des Merveilles and the Granile farmers' market, and can also cater for private events by prior arrangement.
