Historic site and monument, Historic patrimony, Palace in Menton
  • One of the oldest palaces in Menton whose history begins in 1874. Shaped over the years it has welcomed a wealthy clientele. Today, rehabilitated into apartments, it houses owners attached to highlight this heritage.

A few years later, in 1920, the building was restructured, the objective being to give it an oriental look. Today occupied at 70% year-round, it was transformed into an apartment...

A few years later, in 1920, the building was restructured, the objective being to give it an oriental look. Today occupied at 70% year-round, it was transformed into an apartment building in 1952. But the goal of the trade union council is to preserve the heritage of this palace full of history.
The building has retained its palace look, the inhabitants are considered to be wealthy, privileged people
