One of the oldest palaces in Menton whose history begins in 1874. Shaped over the years it has welcomed a wealthy clientele. Today, rehabilitated into apartments, it houses owners attached to highlight this heritage.

A small building built in 1874 is at the origin of this building. Ideally located in the middle of the city, it was transformed at the beginning of the twentieth century with the arrival of"a wealthy clientele who stayed there for several months, some even redecorating the places so as not to be disoriented.
A few years later, in 1920, the building was restructured, the objective being to give it an oriental look.
