To ensure that guests sleeping here are not awakened by the sunrise, the bay window and the glass door to the kitchen are equipped with a roller shutter (electric for the bay window, manual for the glass door).
The living room terrace faces south and offers an unobstructed view. You're sure to enjoy your meals and listen to the birdsong. A manual awning will provide shade if you need it.
The bathroom is also well equipped: shower, washbasin and WC, all brand new. The bedroom has its own terrace (on the north side) with a beautiful, unobstructed view of the Alps in the Mentonnais hinterland. The bay windows in the bedroom and living room are positioned to facilitate air circulation in the apartment, so that it never gets too hot, even in the height of summer.
