At the Igronte fountain a very cool spring awaits you. The path follows the torrent of the céva which flows below. Jugal Lake. At tag 229 you will find the entrance to the Mercantour park (Regulations to read). Between the b 230 and b 231 you will find a sheepfold on your way, a few meters above the monument erected in memory of the American soldiers who died in a plane crash (September 1944). The Céva plateau, the conches between b 231 and b 232. And finally after a long walk you will reach Jugale lake (Alt. 2,172 m). Go on !! a last effort to reach the Pas de Colle rousse (Alt 2 261 m). And there a superb panorama awaits you: a magnificent view of the lakes of the Vallée des Merveilles. To return, take the opposite route. Don't let the fog surprise you!
