Enjoy fresh bread on market day in Tende with Albero del Pane, our unique itinerant bakery, a mobile business concept that makes up for the weekly closure of the village bakery.
L'albero del pane is a company founded in 2010 in Cuneo with a philosophy set in line with the search for quality raw materials and which prefers biology or integrated agriculture, with an eye to environmental impact.
The bread is made with sourdough, zero fat, Sel de Cervia Slow Food, is handmade, left to rise for 24 hours and baked in a wood-fired oven (pellet because it is a 100% renewable resource, with no pollution and low energy costs). To all this we add a "secret" ingredient: lots and lots of passion!
