In this public lecture, Professor Schmitt, Professor of Law at the University of Reading in the UK and Professor Emeritus at the US Naval War College, will survey the threats and uses of force by the United States since Donald Trump became President in January of 2025, including Iran, Syria, Greenland, and Venezuela.
