Anyone who embarks on the Via Ferrata must imperatively take into account:

Before embarking on the Via Ferrata, it is important to consider several safety factors. Firstly, access is prohibited for children under 12 years old. It is also important to consult the weather conditions in advance using the online services of Météo France. Additionally, it is crucial to take into consideration the inherent dangers of the mountain environment and ensure that you are psychologically and physically ready to face the challenges of the Via Ferrata.

It is also important to check that your equipment is of quality and suitable for the practice of Via Ferrata. Indeed, your safety largely depends on the quality of your individual equipment. You must also be equipped with a harness and helmet, and be always connected to the lifeline thanks to fixed safety equipment.

Finally, it is important to take into account the information provided by the signage. You must be aware that only one person at a time can engage on the monkey bridges or zip line. It is also important to check that you are able to cross the monkey bridges by checking that your height is sufficient, namely 1.70 meters between hands (arms raised) and feet. By following all these precautions, you can safely enjoy the unique experience of the Via Ferrata.
