On Saturday 19 July 2025 at the communal oven ("Four de Louis"), the traditional "Tourte saorgienne" festival will take place as it does every year.
Programme
10 am: pie workshop
11 a.m.: Baking in an old-fashioned wood-fired oven by Jacky, Saorge's last remaining baker
12 noon: pie tasting and aperitif
Entertainment organised by the Comité des Fêtes in Saorgian costume and the Saorge brass band.
