Katia Vonna Beltran is a nomadic multi-disciplinary artist, photographer, videographer and performer whose practice focuses primarily on live cinema. As an "Artivist", she is interested in ecological and political issues, and explores the notion of Fragility and actions of Social Resistance. Using a hybrid audiovisual device combining low-tech and digital technology, her entire miniature world comes to life to create a cinematic story. By hijacking and reusing objects and images, she questions how to inhabit a plurality of worlds.
