On the programme, a day of action for young and old alike: Demonstrations: Come and admire the work of all our groups and sections throughout the day! Discovery: Try your hand at children's gymnastics, Hyrox and fitness. Chess tournament: Open to all! Start at 10:30 a.m. (Registration on site from 10 a.m.). Enjoyment: Refreshments and refreshments on site to share a moment together. Pre-registration 2026-2027: It's the perfect time to secure your place for next fall!
