The iconic vintage Fiat 500s, registered between 1957 and 1975, will drive through the Tende Tunnel for a day dedicated to a passion for cars, culture, and camaraderie.
The timeless charm of the Fiat 500 is set to bring two nations together on a memorable journey across the border.
The day will begin in Piedmont, in Vernante, in the province of Cuneo. From 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., the picturesque Piazza dell’Ala will come alive with the roar of engines as registration takes place, offering the public a magnificent first outdoor display of these gems of Italian design.
At 2:15 p.m., the convoy of Fiat 500s will officially set off for France. Destination: the town of Tende, where the historic vehicles will be on display to the public near City Hall. During this leg of the journey across the border, participants and visitors will have the opportunity to explore the remarkable Musée des Merveilles at their leisure, adding a cultural dimension to this gathering.
To wrap up this day dedicated to classic cars and the friendship between Italy and France, everyone is invited to gather at 5:30 p.m. for the traditional toast, followed by the official awards ceremony.
