The village of Sospel
This year, the Tour de France passes near Sospel, a picturesque village in the heart of the Bévéra valley. While there are no plans for the cyclists to pass through the town itself, two-wheel enthusiasts can take to the surrounding roads to follow the race. Our favorite spot to watch the peloton? At the top of the Col de Braus and the Col de Turini, without a doubt! It’s easy to park your car there, and then take in the breathtaking view of the athletes putting on their jerseys. Don’t miss this unique opportunity to experience the excitement of the Grande Boucle up close!
📌 O ur tip: Passage scheduled for early afternoon. Places are limited, so be sure to come early!
❤️ Nugget alert: just a few pedal strokes from Sospel is Notre-Dame de la Menour à Moulinet, very close to the Tour de France route. Turn your handlebars towards this listed monument overlooking the Bévéra gorges.
